＜カラーチャートの見方＞ Instructions of Power Up Color Chart
- カラーチャートにはパワーアップカラーとバイオリズムを明記しております。
- パワーアップカラーは一生同じですが、その年のバイオリズムで身につける量が変化します。（星の数で表示）
- カラーチャートに表示している色を中心に、濃い色から薄い色まで広い範囲で活用できます。
- タブーカラーはエネルギーの強い時期には必要ありませんが、エネルギーが低下している充電期間では「お薬カラー」になり、少し必要になります。
Instructions of Power Up Color Chart
Your Power Up Color (Invigorating Color) never changes. However, the strength of color changes every year because the biorhythm changes accordingly. Color Chart shows the number of stars, and it is recommendable to wear colors, which have many stars. From light to dark color, you can choose from a large selection of colors.
During “Recharge Period,” Taboo color becomes “Mitigating color.” During this period, “star sign” of Taboo color will appear in your Color Chart. The sign shows you how much you can wear Taboo color. It is advisable to wear this color partially.

- 居間のカーテン、カーペット等のインテリアには、ご家族の皆様の「パワーアップカラー」を取り入れるとくつろげます。

For Everyday Items
For your relaxation, it is recommended to have interior accessories such as curtain and carpet with family’s Power Up Color. For your good sleep, use bedclothes with “Health color.” For night clothes and towel, “Relaxing Color” and “Health Color” is suitable. Using “Motivation Color” in kids’ room rouses them to study activity. In addition, it is recommended to have a car with “Charm Color.” For family’s respective rooms, it is recommended to use their own respective Power Up Color. At the same time, it is advisable not to use family’s “Taboo Color” at an living room.
